Paramount Home Media Distribution will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Martin Scorsese's film Shutter Island with a brand new 4k Blu-ray SteelBook edition, which will be available for purchase on February 11th.
Synopsis: Based on the best-selling novel by Dennis Lehane, SHUTTER ISLAND follows U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) as he navigates what appears to be a routine investigation that quickly turns sinister. The film is the fourth of five collaborations (to date) by Scorsese and DiCaprio. Featuring an all-star cast, including Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Max von Syndow, and Michelle Williams, SHUTTER ISLAND "sizzles with so much suspense that it's hot to the touch" (Peter Travers, Rolling Stone).
The 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray Combo in a Limited Collector's Edition Steelbook includes the previously released featurettes "Behind the Shutters" and "Into the Lighthouse" on the Blu-ray.
