Scorpion Releasing has dated three upcoming Blu-ray releases: James Frawley' Fraternity Vacation (1985), Robert Altman's Beyond Therapy (1987), and Rick King's The Killing Time (1987). The three releases, which will be distributed by Kino Lorber, will be available for purchase in February.

Fraternity Vacation

Synopsis: For lowa fraternity brothers 'Mother' Tucker (Tim Robbins) and Joe (Cameron Dye), the only way to score a paid vacation in sunny Palm Springs is to take along supreme nerd Wendell (Stephen Geoffreys). When they make a bet with a rival frat to be the first to bed a beautiful woman (Sheree J. Wilson of Walker, Texas Ranger), their getaway goes out of control. Now with the help of some bikini beauties, a bit of creative party crashing and a local girl (Amanda Bearse of Married with Children) with a very dangerous secret, the ultimate Fraternity Vacation is about to begin!

Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator), Kathleen Kinmont (Halloween 4) and John Vernon (Animal House) co-star in this outrageous yet good-natured comedy that could only have been made in the '80s, filled with scary fashions, gratuitous nudity, sudden aerobics and music by Bananarama.

The Killing Time

The killer assumes the identity of the dead man and shows up in the beach town, where he's accepted as a new lawman. Meanwhile, the town's sheriff, Sam (Beau Bridges), plans to knock off the husband of his secret lover. Sam thinks his new deputy will make the perfect fall guy, but he doesn't know he's dealing with a dangerous man.

Beyond Therapy

Bob Christopher (Christopher Guest) is Bruce's roommate and former lover who is insanely jealous of Prudence. Prudence is also sleeping with her lecherous therapist Stuart (Tom Conti) while Bruce's therapist Charlotte (Glenda Jackson) may be crazier than any of her patients. Add an extremely overprotective mother and a very odd French restaurant, and you have a one-of-a-kind comedy about life, love and the happy endings that lay BEYOND THERAPY. Genevieve Page co-stars in this dysfunctional romantic comedy directed by seven-time Oscar-nominee Robert Altman and co-written by Christopher Durang, based on his smash Broadway play.
