Over the weekend, Kino Lorber confirmed that they are preparing a Blu-ray release of Sergio Corbucci and Giacomo Gentilomo's film
Samson vs. the Vampires a.k.a.
Goliath and the Vampires (1961), starring Gordon Scott, Leonora Ruffo, Jacques Sernas, Gianna Maria Canale, Annabella Incontrera, and Mario Feliciani. The release is expected to arrive on the market early next year.
Synopsis: Ancient strongman Goliath (Gordon Scott) discovers that his village has been sacked by aggressors who kidnapped all the young women, including his fiancée. Goliath tracks the attackers and their victims to a city terrorized by the evil Kobrak (Guido Celano), who lives on human blood and plans to conquer the world with an army of prisoners turned into faceless zombies.
