Potter, Oceans, and Flashdance this Winter

Video Business has posted a nice article on how studios will begin catering to the feminine side of the HD format war this winter as Blu-ray moves in the early mass phase. Paramount will release 'Flashdance' for Blu-ray on September 18th. Warner is planning to release the Harry Potter and Oceans films this fall on Blu-ray in sync with the video releases of 'Oceans 13' and 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix'. In addition, Warner Brothers is planning to bring the made-for-TV movies 'The Rest Stop' and 'Sublime' to Blu-ray sometime early next year. As usual, there are no specs at this time, but expect more to be revealed as we get closer to the release date.
