American Gangster 4K Blu-ray

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will bring to 4K Blu-ray Ridley Scott's action thriller American Gangster (2007), starring Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Josh Brolin. The release will be available for purchase on October 15.

Synopsis: Academy Award winners Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe team with director Ridley Scott (Gladiator) in this powerful, epic story. Armed with ruthless tactics and a strict sense of honor, crime boss Frank Lucas (Washington) rules Harlem's chaotic drug underworld. When outcast cop Richie Roberts (Crowe) sets out to bring down Lucas's multi-million dollar empire, it plunges both men into a legendary confrontation.
