Scorpion Releasing has confirmed that it is planning to bring to Blu-ray two popular genre titles: Jean-Claude Lord's Covergirl (1984) and Stephen Verona's Talking Walls (1987). The two releases, which will be distributed by Kino Lorber, are expected to arrive on the market in October.
Covergirl
Synopsis: A young promoter (Jeff Conaway) turns a blond model (Irena Ferris) into a world-class figure and the basis of his business empire. Also starring Cathie Shirriff, Deborah Wakeham. Kenneth Welsh, Kimberly Carson and Roberta Leighton. Cinematography by René Verzier (City on Fire, The Pyx). BRAND NEW REMASTER.
Talking Walls
Synopsis: A sociology student (Stephen Shellen) puts video cameras behind two-way mirrors at a sleazy motel to gather data. Also starring Sybil Danning, Karen Leigh Hopkins, June Wilkinson, Sally Kirkland, Eileen Barnett, and Marie Laurin. BRAND NEW REMASTER.
