Australian label Via Vision Entertainment has informed us that it plans to add two new titles to its Blu-ray catalog: Timeless: Season One and Future Man: Season 2. The two releases will be available for purchase this August.
Timeless: Season One
Synopsis: From Eric Kripke ("Revolution," "Supernatural") and Shawn Ryan ("The Shield"), Season 2 of this thrilling action-adventure series will pick up right where we left off with our heroes. We continue to race throughout history with our beloved team - Rufus (Malcolm Barrett), a scientist; Wyatt (Matt Lanter), a soldier; and Lucy (Abigail Spencer), a history professor - in an attempt to prevent the destruction of the world as we all know it. This season they'll find an unlikely ally in their quest to ruin Rittenhouse, a deadly organization with plans to change history and reshape reality - even though Lucy's family has been a part of Rittenhouse for centuries. Still making every effort not to affect the past themselves, they will visit the years 1692, 1917, 1941, 1981 and more. We'll be introduced to the likes of Marie Curie, Hedy Lamarr, William Randolph Hearst and a multitude of other influential people throughout history.

Tom Smuts ("Bosch," "Mad Men") and Arika Lisanne Mittman ("Elementary," "Tyrant," "Dexter") are co-showrunners and executive producers. Don Kurt ("Philip K. Synopsis: Future Man Season Two picks up in 2162, and Josh, Wolf, and Tiger learn that their season one mission to stop the cure from getting out didn't work. In this timeline, Stu Camillo is now in power, having created the cure, and launched a plan to relocate humanity to Mars. A shadowy organization called the Pointed Circle seeks to recruit Josh to take Stu down -- but are they the good guys, or is Stu? As Wolf quickly acclimates to the strange customs of this time, Tiger struggles with her Biotic identity and searches for an escape. Josh unites the team in an epic plan to save the world, but their time-traveling catches up to them, and they must reckon with their choices and what to do next.
