Shout Factory, in association with IFC Films, will release two recent films on Blu-ray: Mary Harron's Charlie Says (2018) and Tim Sutton's Donnybrook (2018). The two releases will be available for purchase on August 6.

Charlie Says

Synopsis: Years after the shocking murders that made the name Charles Manson synonymous with pure evil, the three women who killed for him — Leslie Van Houten (Hannah Murray, Game Of Thrones), Patricia Krenwinkel (Sosie Bacon, 13 Reasons Why), and Susan Atkins (Marianne Rendón, Imposters) — remain under the spell of the infamous cult leader (Matt Smith, Doctor Who, The Crown). Confined to an isolated cellblock in a California penitentiary, the trio seems destined to live out the rest of their lives under the delusion that their crimes were part of a cosmic plan — until empathetic graduate student Karlene Faith (Merritt Wever, Nurse Jackie) is enlisted to rehabilitate them. Convinced that the prisoners are not the inhuman monsters the world believes them to be, Faith begins the arduous process of breaking down the psychological barriers erected by Manson. But are the women ready to confront the horror of what they did? Boundary-pushing auteur Mary Harron (American Psycho, I Shot Andy Warhol) presents a provocative new perspective on one of the most notorious crimes of the twentieth century.

Donnybrook

Synopsis: Based On The Critically Acclaimed Novel By Frank Bill.

Three desperate souls must fight their way out of a dead-end world in this bracing, gut-wrenching glimpse into America's dark underbelly. Earl (Jamie Bell, Billy Elliot) is a struggling father and ex-Marine determined to make a better life for his family — no matter what it takes. Angus (Frank Grillo, Captain America: The Winter Soldier) is a violent, unhinged drug dealer who leaves a trail of death and destruction in his wake. And Delia (Margaret Qualley, The Leftovers) is a haunted woman who will do anything to escape a life of crime she can no longer bear. In their kill-or-be-killed world, all roads lead to the Donnybrook: an illicit backwoods cage match where bare-knuckled fighters brawl for a shot at a $100,000 prize. It's either a last-ditch chance at redemption — or a death sentence. Blending unflinching brutality with dreamlike lyricism, screenwriter/director Tim Sutton conjures a mesmerizing, visceral vision of life on the extreme margins.
