The normally sleepy village is jolted by her arrival, especially the menfolk who are mesmerised by her looks, and Elle is not shy of all the attention.
Gradually her true personality and purpose emerges. A master manipulater, she manages to turn friend against friend and brother against brother, until the film reaches it's violent conclusion and Elle's dark secret is discovered, a life shattering event nineteen years earlier.
