Scream Factory has detailed its upcoming Blu-ray release of Robert Wise's film The Body Snatcher (1945), starring Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi, Henry Daniell, Edith Atwater, and Russell Wade. The release will be available for purchase on March 26.
Synopsis: Horror icon Boris Karloff plays the title role in the Lewton adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's fictional short story The Body Snatcher, directed with subtle calculation by versatile Robert Wise (West Side Story, The Sound of Music).
