Scorpion Releasing announced today it is preparing a Blu-ray release of Amy Holden Jones' film Love Letters (1983), starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Bonnie Bartlett, Matt Clark, James Keach, and Amy Madigan. The release will be produced in conjunction with New Horizons and Shout Factory, and will be distributed by Kino Lorber later this Spring.
Synopsis: A story of love and obsession. A disc jockey's (Curtis) affair with a married man (Keach) turns out exactly like the one in her mother's old love letters. Cinematography by Alec Hirschfeld The Terminator, Taxi Driver). Music by Ralph Jones (The Slumber Party Massacre).
