British distributors Curzon Artificial Eye have officially announced and detailed their upcoming Blu-ray release of Jean-Luc Godard's film
Weekend (1967), starring Mireille Darc, Jean Yanne, Jean-Pierre Kalfon, Jean-Claude Guilbert, and Jean-Pierre Léaud. The release will be available for purchase on July 16.
UPDATE: One more archival interview with director Mike Figgis has bend added up to the previously announced special features.
Synopsis: One of the world's most influential filmmakers and a leadign figure of the Nouvelle Vague movement of the 60's, Jean-Luc Godard's works have trnasformed the face of cinema.
