Scream Factory will release on Blu-ray Kim Henkel's film Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994), starring Renée Zellweger, Matthew McConaughey, Joe Stevens, John Dugan, and Robert Jacks. The release will be available for purchase on September 25.
The release will feature newly produced special features, but they will be revealed as the street date approaches.
Also, currently the label has only the theatrical cut prepared for the release. However, it has confirmed that it is working on obtaining the extended version, and will provide updates as progress is made.
Synopsis: When a helpful family invites two lost couples in for a good ol' down-home massacre, the prom night teens find themselves all dressed up ... with no place to escape. Renée Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey star in this hilarious bone-chilling remake of the horror classic.
