The Criterion Collection is preparing a Blu-ray release of The Magnificent Ambersons (1942), according to a recent social media announcement made by critic Jonathan Rosenbaum.
The release is expected to arrive on the market towards the end of the year, and Rosenbaum has already recorded an audio commentary for it with fellow critic James Naremore.
The boutique label has not yet officially announced and detailed the upcoming release.
