Kino Lorber have confirmed that they are preparing a Blu-ray release of Michael Mann's
The Jericho Mile (1979), starring Peter Strauss, Richard Lawson, Roger E. Mosley, Brian Dennehy, and Geoffrey Lewis. The upcoming release, which will be sourced from a new 2K remaster, is expected to arrive on the market this summer.
Synopsis: A prisoner serving a life sentence for murder begins distance running to pass the time.This leads to an opportunity to train to be eligible to compete at the Olympic trials.
