In an early announcement to retailers, MGM Home Entertainment in conjunction with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment have revealed that they will bring the James Bond film '
Goldfinger' to Blu-ray on March 24th. Joining other classic bond films '
Moonraker' and '
The World is Not Enough', the three films will be available individually and as part of the '
James Bond Blu-ray Collection Vol 3'.
Technical specs have yet to be officially announced, but you can expect 1080p AVC video accompanied by a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Extras have yet to be announced.
The three classic Bond titles are being released on the same day as the latest Bond film '
Quantum of Solace', which is also set for Blu-ray release on March 24th, day-and-date with the DVD release.
