French label Pathe has informed us that it will add six newly restored classic titles to its Blu-ray catalog between April and June: Henri Decoin's Moline (1948), Jacques Deray's Symphony for a Massacre a.k.a. The Corrupt (1963), Bernard Borderie's Poison Ivy (1953), Louis Daquin's Storm Over the Mountain (1944), Diane Kurys's A Man in Love (1987), and Claude Sautet's A Simple Story (1978).
Poison Ivy a.k.a. La Môme Vert de Gris
Synopsis: FBI Agent Lemmy Caution is sent to investigate the 'puzzling disappearance' of two million dollars in Casablanca. He soon discovers that a gang of professional gold smugglers led by a tough character named Rudy Saltierra might have pulled off a brilliant job. He goes to work to find out the truth, but Saltierra's mistress, nicknamed La Môme Vert de Gris, complicates his job and then makes his life miserable.
The legendary character actor Eddie Constantine made his acting debut in this film. Also starring Dominique Wilms, Howard Vernon, Maurice Ronet, Dario Moreno, Jess Hahn, and Nicolas Vogel. Cinematography by Jacques Lemare (The Rules of the Game).

Synopsis: Four mobsters agree to buy a large load of drugs and later on, after unloading it on the streets, share the profit. But one of them decides to cheat. A classic gangster film with a team of stars: Jean Rochefort, Charles Vanel, Claude Dauphin, Michèle Mercier, Daniela Rocca, and former convicted gangster José Giovanni.

Synopsis: Middle-aged and happily married composer Gérard Favier meets the young and ambitious pianist Monelle. The 'news' is false, but the composer's life quickly begins to unravel. Starring Louis Jouvet, Renée Devillers, Dany Robin, and Brigitte Auber.

Synopsis: While filming a biopic of Italian author Cesare Pavese in Rome, American actor Steve Elliott (Peter Coyote) falls for his British co-star, Jane Steiner (Greta Scacchi). After Steve refuses an interview with Jane's journalist father, the two actors begin a steamy affair mirroring the relationship of their characters in the film. But when Steve's wife, Susan (Jamie Lee Curtis), discovers her husband's lies, the affair damages not only Steve's family but Jane's.

Synopsis: Classic romantic drama from director Claude Sautet. Choosing to end both the pregnancy and the relationship, Marie reconnects with her ex-husband, Georges (Bruno Cremer), and their teenage son, Martin (Yves Knapp).
