The MVD Rewind Collection has revealed that it is preparing a Collector's Edition of director Pierre De Moro's film
Savannah Smiles (1982), starring Mark Miller, Donovan Scott, Bridgette Andersen, Chris Robinson, and Michael Parks. The release will be available for purchase on April 24.
Supplemental features to be included on this upcoming release have not yet been finalized.
Synopsis: Savannah Driscoll (Bridgette Andersen), the young daughter of a politician, runs away after being neglected by her busy parents. She hides in the car of Alvie and Boots, two not-so-bright crooks who are slowly converted into parent figures to her. A surprising bond of love and redirection forms among the trio as the police close down on the supposed kidnappers.
