NetBlender, the company behind the popular DoStudio authoring packages, will announce tomorrow that they will launch a new service - NetBlender Live - the second quarter of this year. The service provides smaller studios with specialized Blu-ray authoring software to integrate BD-Live features into their titles, as well as the BD-Live ready server space by which to distribute the additional content.
John Harrington, NetBlender CEO, commented, "By working closely with professionals we are able to provide streamlined workflow solutions for complex technical issues. NetBlender has traditionally incorporated feedback from content creators with every major technology release and NetBlender Live will be guided by the same principle - to provide practical solutions to the real-world needs of the Blu-ray community".
So far, six companies accross four continents to assist in the rollout of the product. These team members include:
