Screenbound Pictures' recently launched genre arm, Maison Rouge, has announced that it will bring to Blu-ray director Sergio Grieco's film The Sinful Nuns of Saint Valentine a.k.a. Le scomunicate di San Valentino (1974), starring Paolo Malco, Jenny Tamburi, Bruna Beani, and François Prevost. The release will be available for purchase on February 26.

Synopsis: Set during the Inquisition, an innocent boy accused of heresy seeks refuge in the convent where her intolerant father has sent his girlfriend. The Abbess, who pretends to assist the young man, turns out to be an insatiable sadist who tortures her and then charges and accuses the innocent girlfriend of murder after the brutal death of her cellmate.
