LG has just announced their new Blu-ray player at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The LG BD370, which is tentatively planned for a February 2009 release, will have DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD audio output capabilities, as well as supporting video resolutions at 1080p24, 1080i60, 1080i50, and 720p, and 480 standard definition.
The player has network connectivity to Netflix HD and SD, and is profile 2.0 compatible. LG has not announced the MSRP as of this posting. We will update as more information becomes available.
