First Look at New 2K Restoration of Dick Maas' Amsterdamned

U.S. label Blue Underground has released an official promotional piece for the upcoming Blu-ray release of the new 2K restoration of Dick Maas' thriller Amsterdamned (1988), starring Huub Stapel, Monique van de Ven, and Serge-Henri Valcke. The release will be available for purchase on August 29.
Synopsis: There is a serial killer at bay in Amsterdam's canal network and the race is on to stop him before mass hysteria grips the nation. Dick Maas's cult slasher movie starts as it means to go on when the predator leaves the protective habitat of the dark canal to claim his first victim before dragging her back into a watery grave.
*Also later this year, the label will release new 2K restorations of director Mass' thrillers The Lift and Down.
