Sony Pictures has sent us a brand new international trailer for for Canadian helmer Denis Villeneuve's highly anticipated new film Blade Runner 2049 (2017), starring Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Robin Wright, Ana de Armas, and Dave Bautista. The film is set to open in theaters across the nation on October 6.
In the United States, Blade Runner 2049 will be distributed by Warner Bros.
Official synopsis: Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. K's discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
*Later this year, in the United States director Ridley Scott's original film will be released on 4K Blu-ray by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. The release will be available for purchase on September 5.
