U.S. label Film Movement has released an official domestic trailer for the recent restoration of Mexican helmer Arturo Ripstein's directorial debut Time to Die a.k.a. Tiempo de morir (1966), starring Marga López, Jorge Martínez de Hoyos, and Enrique Rocha.
The label has also confirmed that it is preparing a Blu-ray release of the restoration.
Synopsis: After serving his conviction, a former gunman returns to his town planning to live a quiet life, however, the sons of a man he killed have other plans.
*The restored Time to Die was screened in the Classics section of the Cannes Film Festival in 2016. Included below is a promotional poster for the restoration that was used at the event.
