Warner Bros. Pictures has sent us the first official domestic trailer for Canadian helmer Denis Villeneuve's highly anticipated new film Blade Runner 2049 (2017), starring Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Robin Wright, Ana de Armas, and Dave Bautista. The film is set to open in theaters across the nation on October 6.
Also included in this announcement is a brand new theatrical poster for the upcoming film.
Official synopsis: Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. K's discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
