Broad Green Pictures has confirmed that it will release on Blu-ray director Terrence Malick's latest film, Song to Song (2016), starring Ryan Gosling, Rooney Mara, Natalie Portman, Michael Fassbender, and Cate Blanchett. The release will be available for purchase on July 4.
Supplemental features to be included on this upcoming release have not yet been finalized.
Synopsis: In this modern love story set against the Austin, Texas music scene, two entangled couples – struggling songwriters Faye (Rooney Mara) and BV (Ryan Gosling), and music mogul Cook (Michael Fassbender) and the waitress whom he ensnares (Natalie Portman) – chase success through a rock 'n' roll landscape of seduction and betrayal.
