Blu-ray.com and Vinegar Syndrome are offering members a chance to win a copy of
Psycho Cop Returns. Los Angeles's least favorite demonic police officer returns to duty in this wacky, gory sequel to the 1989 chiller, Psycho Cop. Psycho Cop Returns will be released on April 25th.

The contest is open to North American Blu-ray.com members (membership is completely free, click here to join).
