Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Anna Foerster's film Underworld: Blood Wars (2017), starring Kate Beckinsale, Theo James, India Eisley, Bradley James, and Charles Dance. The two releases will be available for purchase on April 25.
Synopsis: In the next installment of the blockbuster franchise, UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS follows Vampire death dealer, Selene (Kate Beckinsale) as she fends off brutal attacks from both the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction that betrayed her. With her only allies, David (Theo James) and his father Thomas (Charles Dance), she must stop the eternal war between Lycans and Vampires, even if it means she has to make the ultimate sacrifice.
Directed by Anna Foerster. UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS has a screenplay by Cory Goodman from a story by Kyle Ward and Goodman, based on characters created by Kevin Grevioux and Len Wiseman & Danny McBride. Tom Rosenberg, Gary Lucchesi, Len Wiseman, Richard Wright and David Kernas produced the film.
