Kino Lorber have detailed their upcoming Blu-ray release of director William Witney's western Sunset in the West (1950), starring Roy Rogers, Trigger, Estelita Rodriguez, Penny Edwards, Gordon Jones, and Will Wright. The release will be available for purchase on April 18.
Synopsis: Deputy sheriff Roy helps an elderly peacekeeper stop gunrunners who smuggle their weapons via the railroad. Cinematography by Jack A. Marta (Frank Lloyd's The Shanghai Story, Steven Spielberg's Duel).
