Arrival 4K Blu-ray

Paramount Home Media Distribution has announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray acclaimed Canadian director Denis Villeneuve's latest film, Arrival (2016), starring Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, Forest Whitaker, Michael Stuhlbarg, Mark O'Brien, and Tzi Ma. The two releases will be available for purchase on February 14.

Synopsis: When mysterious spacecrafts touch down across the globe, an elite team - lead by expert linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams) - is brought together to investigate. As mankind teeters on the verge of global war, Banks and the team race against time for answers – and to find them, she will take a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity.

Arrival has been named one of the best films of the year by the American Film Institute, National Board of Review, New York Times, USA Today and many more. In addition, Adams was named Best Actress by the National Board of Review and received Golden Globe and SAG nominations for her performance. Screenwriter Eric Heisserer has won the Critics' Choice Award for Best Adapted Screenplay and received a Writer's Guild nomination.
