Sony Pictures Entertainment has sent us a brand new trailer for Anna Foerster's upcoming film Underworld: Blood Wars (2017), starring Kate Beckinsale, Lara Pulver, Theo James, Charles Dance, Tobias Menzies, Alicia Vela-Bailey, and Daisy Head. Currently, the film is set to open in theaters across the United States on January 6.
Also included with this announcement is a brand new theatrical poster for the upcoming film.
Synopsis: The next installment in the blockbuster franchise, Underworld: Blood Wars follows Vampire death dealer, Selene (Kate Beckinsale) as she fends off brutal attacks from both the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction that betrayed her. With her only allies, David (Theo James) and his father Thomas (Charles Dance), she must stop the eternal war between Lycans and Vampires, even if it means she has to make the ultimate sacrifice.
NOTE: All previous Underworld films are already out on Blu-ray courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. They are available in this box set.
