U.S. label Mondo Macabro will add to its Blu-ray catalog director Ko Yeong-nam's thriller Suddenly in the Dark a.k.a. Suddenly a Dark Night (1981). The release will be available for purchase this October.
Supplemental features to be included on the upcoming release have not yet been finalized, but the label has revealed the newly commissioned artwork from Naomi Butterfield.
Synopsis: In this psychological and supernatural horror thriller from Korean dierctor Ko Yeong-nam, a beautiful housewife becomes suspicious of her husband after the arrival of a young housekeeper carrying a strange wooden doll. Starring Yun Il-bong, Kim Yeong-ae, and Lee Ki-seon.
