Ghostbusters: Answer the Call 4K Blu-ray

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed its upcoming 4K Blu-ray/3D Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases of Paul Feig's film Ghostbusters: Answer the Call. The two releases will be available for purchase on October 11.

Official synopsis: Ghostbusters makes its long-awaited return, rebooted with a cast of hilarious new characters. Thirty years after the beloved original franchise took the world by storm, director Paul Feig brings his fresh take to the supernatural comedy, joined by some of the funniest actors working today – Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth. This summer, they're here to save the world!

Ivan Reitman's original film was recently remastered in 4K and released on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
