Sony Pictures has sent us a brand new official domestic teaser trailer for director Paul W.S. Anderson's upcoming film Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016), starring Milla Jovovich, Wentworth Miller, Sienna Guillory, Spencer Locke, and Shawn Roberts. The film will open in theaters across the nation on January 27, 2017.
Also included with this announcement is the official theatrical poster for the upcoming film.

Synopsis: Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead. Now, she must return to where the nightmare began – The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.
