Ryan Reynolds revealed via Twitter today that Twentieth Century Fox's blockbuster Deadpool will be released on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray on May 10. The studio has not yet officially announced and detailed the upcoming releases.
Tim Miller's superhero film became the biggest R-Rated film of all time, earning more than $745 million worldwide.
Official synopsis: Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life. The film stars starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, T.J.
