R-Rated Version of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Prepped for Blu-ray

Warner Bros. is preparing a Rated-R version of Zack Snyder's upcoming film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice which will be included on the eventual Blu-ray release. The information comes via the Film Ratings website (as reported by StitchKingdom).
The theatrical version of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is rated PG-13. The film will open in cinemas across the nation on March 25.
The decision to release a R-Rated version of the film comes after recently Tim Miller's Deadpool had the biggest opening for an R-Rated film ever.
Synopsis: Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.
