U.S. distributors Cinedigm have announced that they will release on Blu-ray Tyler Shields' film Final Girl (2015), starring Alexander Ludwig, Abigail Breslin, Wes Bentley, Cameron Bright, and Francesca Eastwood. The release will be available for purchase on October 6.
