Amazon Blu-ray Deal of the Week: Masters of Sex, The Strain, and The Longest Ride (Expired)

Amazon's Blu-ray Deal of the Week affects the first two seasons of Showtime's acclaimed drama Masters of Sex, the first season of the FX horror hit The Strain, and the pre-order of Twentieth Century Fox's romantic drama The Longest Ride. Through July 11th, Amazon is offering each package for 55% - 67% off their respective SRPs.
Masters of Sex details the research of scientists William Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) in the 1950s and 1960s. Together, the two broke ground - and cultural taboos - in their examination of human sexuality and its impulses, but their studies also drew the ire of many in the scientific community and put all sorts of physical and emotional pressures on their own working relationship.
The Strain, on the other hand, adapts Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan's trilogy of horror novels to the small screen; the show follows nothing less than the push for world domination by the Master, a powerful vampire (Robert Maillet), as well as the human resistance that emerges in the form of a few dedicated New Yorkers (including Corey Stoll, David Bradley, Mia Maestro, and Kevin Durand).
