Marvel International has released a brand new Japanese trailer for Peyton Reed's upcoming film Ant-Man, starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, and Hayley Atwell. The film will open in theaters across the United States on July 17.
Official Synopsis: The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios' Ant-Man. Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang (Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
Lilly co-stars as Pym's daughter, Hope Van Dyne, alongside Stoll as the film's villain, former Pym protégé Darren Cross (aka Yellowjacket). Peyton Reed is directing from a script written by Adam McKay, Gabriel Ferrari and Andrew Barrer, based on a story and initial screenplay by Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish. Kevin Feige is producing. Russell Carpenter is the film's cinematographer.
