British distributors Curzon Artificial Eye have acquired the distribution rights to Matteo Garrone's first English-language film, Tale of Tales, Hirokazu Kore-eda's drama Our Little Sister, and Michel Franco's Chronic.
The distributors have also secured the rights to acclaimed directors Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne's upcoming film The Unknown Girl, as well as Cristian Mungiu's untitled new film.
Other recent acquisitions from Curzon Artificial Eye include Gaspar Noé's first 3D film Love, Guillaume Nicloux's Valley of Love, Deniz Gamze Ergüven's Mustang, László Nemes' Son of Saul, Haifaa Al-Mansour's A Storm in the Stars, and Nanni Moretti's Mia Madre.
Note: Included with this announcement is the first trailer for Matteo Garrone's (Gomorrah) latest film, Tale of Tales, starring Vincent Cassel, Salma Hayek, Toby Jones, and John C. Reilly.
