Independent U.S. distributors Blue Underground have confirmed that they are planning to restore and release on Blu-ray two films from cult Spanish director Jess Franco:
Eugenie (1970), starring Maria Rohm, Marie Liljedahl, Jack Taylor, and
Marquis de Sade's Justine (1968), starring Klaus Kinski, Romina Power, and Maria Rohm.
Preliminary street dates for the two releases have not yet been revealed.
Eugenie
Marie Liljedahl (the luscious star of INGA) is Eugenie, an innocent young woman taken to an island paradise where she is initiated into a world of pleasure and pain controlled by the sinister Dolmance (Christopher Lee).
