Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring three gangster themed films to Blu-ray on October 14th, both individually and as part of an 'Ultimate Gangster Collection'. The films include Ridley Scott's '
American Gangster', Martin Scorsese's '
Casino' and David Cronenberg's '
Eastern Promises'.
For 'American Gangster', both the theatrical and extended cuts of the film will come on a BD-50 featuring 1080p VC-1 video and a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Extras for this release include:

- Commentary with Director Ridley Scott and Writer Steven Zaillian (Theatrical Cut)
