Focus Features and Universal Studios Home Entertainment have announced the Blu-ray release of director Kevin Macdonald's Black Sea, starring Jude Law, Scoot McNairy, Jodie Whittaker, Karl Davies, Grigoriy Dobrygin and Konstantin Khabenskiy. The dramatic thriller arrives on Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD combo pack on May 5th.
The film centers on a rogue submarine captain (Law) who, after being laid off from a salvage company, pulls together a misfit crew to go after a sunken treasure rumored to be lost in the depths of the Black Sea. As greed and desperation take control on board their claustrophobic vessel, the increasing uncertainty of the mission causes the men to turn on each other to fight for their own survival.
The Blu-ray release of Black Sea is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and optional English SDH, French and Spanish subtitles. Extras include:
