Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced it will release
Clint Eastwood: The Universal Pictures 7-Movie Collection on Blu-ray. The 7-disc set features the North American Blu-ray debuts of four films --
Coogan's Bluff (1968),
The Beguiled (1971),
Play Misty for Me (1971) and
The Eiger Sanction (1975) -- along with three previously released films:
Two Mules For Sister Sara (1970),
Joe Kidd (1972) and
High Plains Drifter (1973). The
7-Movie Collection streets on May 5th.
Universal has yet to fully outline tech specs and special features for each film. We'll update this news post with all pertinent details as they become available.
