Keanu Reeves and Christina Hendricks have joined the cast of Nicholas Winding Refn's latest film, The Neon Demon. The film also stars Elle Fanning, Abbey Lee, Bella Heathcote and Jena Malone.
At the moment, there are hardly any details about The Neon Demon, but here's what Refn had to say about it last year:
"One morning I woke and realized I was both surrounded and dominated by women. Strangely, a sudden urge was planted in me to make a horror film about vicious beauty. After making Drive and falling madly in love with the electricity of Los Angeles, I knew I had to return to tell the story of The Neon Demon. This movie is a manifestation of the strong ties between us and will lead to many more adventures."
Shooting of The Neon Demon will begin in Los Angeles on March 30.
Note: The following films directed by Refn are already out on Blu-ray in the United States: Only God Forgives, Drive, Bronson, and Valhalla Rising.
