Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon are apparently set to appear in Paul Feig's upcoming Ghostbusters reboot. The four actresses will replace Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson.
Director Feig revealed the news via his Tweeter account.
The upcoming Ghostbusters reboot does not yet have an official title, but Sony Pictures will produce it. The film will be based on a script by Katie Dippold (The Heat).
Ivan Reitman's original film was recently remastered in 4K and released on Blu-ray by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. You can see our listing and review of this release here.
