Lionsgate Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will release on Blu-ray director Julius Avery's action drama
Son of A Gun (2014), starring Alicia Vikander, Ewan McGregor, Brenton Thwaites, and Damon Herriman. Released theatrically by A24,
Son of a Gun will be available for purchase on Blu-ray on March 31.
Official synopsis: After breaking out of prison, Brendan Lynch (McGregor), Australia's most notorious criminal, enlists 19-year-old JR (Thwaites) to accompany him and his crew on a gold heist that promises to deliver millions. However, as things start to go wrong, a deadly game of cat and mouse ensues.
