Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is preparing to release the next DC Universe animated original movie,
Batman vs. Robin, on Blu-ray this Spring. Though a street date has yet to be announced, Warner has issued a first look trailer and revealed the movie's voice cast.
Batman vs. Robin is based on Scott Snyder and and Greg Capullo's "
Court Of Owls" and arrives via Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD combo pack Spring 2015. Amazon is already accepting pre-orders.
A direct sequel to
Son of Batman (2014),
Batman vs. Robin features the voice talents of Jason O'Mara as Batman, Stuart Allen as Robin, David McCallum as Alfred, Sean Maher as Nightwing, Jeremy Sisto as Talon, Weird Al Yankovic as The Dollmaker, Robin Atkin Downes as Grandmaster, Peter Onorati as Draco, Grey Griffin as Samantha, and Kevin Conroy as Thomas Wayne.
The Blu-ray release of
Batman vs. Robin is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Special features have yet to be detailed.
