Independent distributors Olive Films have revealed that they are planning to add five new titles to their Blu-ray catalog in February: Ang Lee's Eat Drink Man Woman (1984), William Friedkin's The Night They Raided Minsky's (1968), Zalman King's Wild Orchid (1989), Albert Pyun's Dangerously Close (1986), and Peter Masterson's Blood Red (1989).

The Night They Raided Minsky's

Britt Ekland portrays Rachel, a beautiful young Amish woman who leaves her Pennsylvania home and comes to New York City in hopes of becoming a dancer, and ends up doing something quite different: inventing the striptease! Jason Robards gives a wonderful performance as Raymond Paine, the somewhat sleazy star of Minsky's burlesque show, who takes on interest in Rachel's many charms. But his admiration is challenged by Chick Williams (Norman Wisdom), Raymond's comedy partner for the past ten years. And when Rachel's dress is torn accidentally, she plays it up and finds herself the object of even more affection - from the very appreciative audience! The leader of an anti-vice group has everyone arrested, but not before Rachel becomes the toast of the town, in this hilarious - and scandalous - hit! Starring Jason Robards, Britt Ekland, Norman Wisdom, Forrest Tucker, and Harry Andrews. STREET DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2015.

Eat Drink Man Woman

Trouble is cooking for widower and master chef Chu (Sihung Lung) who's about to discover that no matter how dazzling and delicious his culinary creations might be, they're no match for the libidinous whims of his three beautiful but rebellious daughters. A master in the kitchen, Chu is at a loss when it comes to the ingredients of being a father. Every Sunday, he whips up a delicacy of dishes for his ungrateful daughters, who are so self-consumed that they don't see his attempt at showing them love - gastronomically. So, as relationships sour and communications break down, Chu concocts a sure-fire recipe that will bring his family back together: He creates his own love affair to rival his daughters' affections! Starring Sihung Lung, Chien-lien Wu, Yu-Wen Wang, Kuei-Mei Yang, and Sylvia Chang. STREET DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2015.

Wild Orchid

Beautiful young attorney Emily Reed (Otis) travels to Rio to work with international negotiator Claudia Lirones (Bisset) on a multimillion-dollar deal. But once exposed to the raw sensuality of her surroundings, Emily is increasingly drawn into a world of erotic fantasy. Eager to guide Emily through this underworld is Claudia's old flame Wheeler (Rourke). Mysterious and seductive Wheeler unleashes Emily's most primitive desires... even as she threatens to unlock his world- weary heart. Starring Mickey Rourke, Jacqueline Bisset, Carré Otis, Assumpta Serna, and Bruce Greenwood. STREET DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2015.

Dangerously Close

A group of vigilante honor students that call themselves "The Sentinels" take their self-appointed enforcement policies too far when they become involved in a series of deaths among lower-income students at Vista Verde high school. Starring John Stockwell, J. Eddie Peck, Carey Lowell, and Don Michael Paul. STREET DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2015.

Blood Red

A group of Italian immigrant winemakers struggle to keep possession of land, family and traditions as a ruthless industrialist attempts to buy up all the land in order to bring a railroad into the region. When one family in particular resists all efforts, more deadly forces come into play. Starring Dennis Hopper, Eric Roberts, Giancarlo Giannini, Burt Young, Michael Madsen, Elias Koteas, and Aldo Ray. STREET DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2015.
