Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced that the Rob McKittrick film 'Waiting�' will be released on July 17. Boasting some impressive specs for an indie film that had a difficult time at the box office, the disc will feature a 1080p transfer with a rarely used PCM 7.1 soundtrack. According to our records, this will be the first title released in the US to feature a 7.1 soundtrack.
Some of you may be asking yourselves, how a comedy about waiters could benefit from a 7.1 soundtrack. Well, we don't have an answer for you, so be sure to make the purchase to find out for yourselves.
